Entrepreneur benefits from thrust of motivation released by the horses´feedback

In our latest seminar „The Art of Leading“ an entrepreneur was first irritated and then fascinated by the horses´feedback to his powerful impact in leadership situations that take place in confined spaces: Our Irish Tinker mare Shannon was so put off by his appearance that she broke through the fences twice to seek shelter.

Of course nobody was harmed, neither horse nor participants, but the impact of that situation was powerful and sustainable: The entrepreneur remembered plenty of situations in the last few years where his ambition scared others, and now he is much more aware of his impact on clients and partners. Some days later he could enlarge an existing contract by using his new awareness - and since that he benefits from the thrust of motivation in acquiring new business opportunities.
